Hi

Ive been trying to find out how to do thes two things but have been unable to do so.

What i have is a forum with a few forum categorys, now i have a forum category at the bottom of the forum and am wanting to move it to somewhere at the top of the forum.
though cant seem to find out how.

Also I have one or two Spammy signups, so im wanting to put in a verification question or something that a user has to imput on the signup page and get it right so they can sign up.

Any help on this would be grat. Sorry for been a pain.

click on Forum Manager (Forums & Moderators Section) in the Admin CP

Then use the Display Order to determine the order of Categories and Forums

To save, hit "Save Display Order"

To change the type of Human Verification used to register, go to vBulletin Options > Human Verification Manager and select the Question/Answer one if that is what you want.
