Couple of questions
1. Does anyone know of a modx+Vbulletin Bridge that is updated, I found one created by bonzai but it is very outdated.
2. Http://www.angrygaming.org/agn top left I would like to be able to list the vbulletin latest threads with the background images/table I have designed. I see external.php but the how-to's that have been suggested to me etc are just for RSS feeds and things of that nature. 3. I am guessing it would be possible to just have the forum threads etc show up in the center section of my website so it would appear incorporated into however this requires extensive vb knowledge I take it? Thank you so much for your assistance, I try to find my answers by performing searches etc however everything I stumble on is from 2005 or I dunno it is just all very scattered but that's to be expected with free hacks and applications offered |

you can try raping the source of vba and customize it the way you want...
i think your allowed to do that as long as you customize it is no longer there source... |

So I guess I will just take this on a step by step approach. To get the latest links to appear using the table I have designed with the background images etc. What how-to would I need to follow. I was looking at a program you had wrote actually Princeton and wasn't sure if that was the route I needed to take.
As for hacking VBA I guess I will just have to pass on that idea as I really want to stick with using modx and having VBA cms and Modx CMS just doesn't seem like a win situation. I must admit it sucks being a forum admin newbie, and holy crap at how deep vbulletin goes. |

i am working on a full fledged modx<->vb integration...
as of right now i have snippets, modules, and plugins raping the modx source so that its user db is no longer its own but vbulletins instead with a full permissions set... however this is in extreme beginnings as i too tried and failed with the bonzai code.. so i thought that if i take out the user auth of modx and completely replace it with vb user auth and permissions.... its a VERY long process and until i have it official for the 3.8 strand of vb i do not wish to release it... |

I understand completely and would be willing to donate towards to your advancements in this. I am a hardware guy not a software guy I manage servers for hosting etc. So I lack the know-how to create such a thing as that. Toss me an e-mail at jessay at angrygaming dot com if ya don't mind just so you could maybe keep me up-to-date as progression is made on.
