How we Can Convert Database to Utf-8
Hello every one an how we can convert Database to UTF-8 To get the non-english URLs work please let me know in detail thanks in advance

ok i never tried this but i think i can try to help make a new Database with the same Database name you want to convert then go to your PhpMyAdmin "in you cpanel" then click on the Database you just made then click on sql and copy the Database and past it there and click go now
click on export and export it as a UTF-8 in a text file done.. again i never tried this so i dont know if it going to work.... |

Try it on a test site. You would want to do that anyway before doing something to the database on your live site.
