Two questions regarding vbulletin

1) You would probably use Impex. I've never used it, so I can't be specific on what it can/cannot do. There is a forum over on vb.com just for Impex. You can look through the threads there and ask more specific questions regarding this over there.

2) There was a modification written to allow attachments to be done inline. I tested it once and it worked fine, but I seem to recall other users having problems with it. You can try a search on "attach*" in "all mods" "titles only" and see what comes up.
