can i integrate stats on my homepage? A seperate page thats programmed in PHP? Is there already a existing script for this or do i need to write this myself?

Have you tried a search? Lots of stats mods. If you like one, just take the code and stick it into your own page. You may want to look at these articles - How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates) or [How-To] vBulletin API Basics: Creating Custom Pages & Misc.
