fraction modification/settings??

hi all. i think I post this question in the correct part of the forum, if not please feel free to correct me (move or whatever needed).

the default fraction system installed with vbulletin 3.8.x is sort of half automatic in mho... it is really good but what I am after is an allmost 100% automatic fraction system.

today u can set number of threads or posts a user/group can do (not set in fraction part, its in the settings for each group) and I would like to give fractions if exceeding the limit not just a message "you have reached the limit of x posts/threads and have to wait x minutes"(something like that cant remember the correct words).

i.e. if a user breaks some forum rules or spamming or... all according to your forums rules they will get "ponts" in the fraction system and if to many points move to a another group or even ban the user for a period of time.

fraction system would be really good to be able to use like this. because I think it is not necessary needs an moderator to put fraction on a user, the system it self should be able to do it by itself.

i have searched all over the places but with no luck, cant find any mod taht do what I would like to be able to do with vbulletin.

looking forward some feedback on my thoughts an hopes for a solutions like above...

You want a sort of automatic infraction system? I have not seen anything like this. It would probably require a lot of either cron jobs, or extra queries, I would think.

yes that is what I want. the thing is that i need a "soft" way of warning people by automatic if they post to many... if they get like 5 warnings they will be moved to another group, if they continue to breakt the rules they will be banned... or instead incres rights even more in forum...
