Better navbar

Not shure how difficult it would be and even can it be done, probably can but I wouldnt like something that will cause me a huge hadache every time upon upgrading!?

I like default navbar just fine, thing that bugs me is when user scroll down the page navbar stays way up(not vissible), it would be cool if navbar could always be on top but not very top (under header image) of browser

So all in all navbar is under the header image and when user scrolls down navbar got stucked at top of browser page(under header image) so that it is accessible to user at any time
