they said they have got the backup of whole server
thats why they cant restore it

i think i have a backup but its too old no benefit of that...

What kind of hosting is that....

They Said If We Gonna Restore Your Backup All Of The Domains On This Server Will Be Restored.

99% of all shared hosting providers do not make backups of individual accounts. They make backups of the entire server. The backups are primarily to cover their own butts in case of server failure, not to restore an individual site if it has a problem.
