Remove Current Spam

I am trying to figure out which functions to look at to replicate delete post as spam on the admincp backend. I am going to make a plugin that will go through the current posts that have current hrefs in them and put them up for review. On a big forum this would be taxing however on a small one that is just starting up with no other mods but myself would help quite a bit.

Any functions in reference that you guys could think of that would be great.
