Maximum Images per Post for Usergroup

1. It's a plugin, not something you put in a template. Probably the global_start hook location, I'd guess.

2. I'm talking about the vboptions page - the ones where you toggle things on and off. Look at the page source to find the option name. Or, if you are in debug mode, you can just hover your cursor over it to get the name. (You should only have debug mode on if you are on your test site.)
