Releases forum tooltip suggestion

Thanks for the explanation people, I was confused by the fact he linked to a thread when talking about the forum display.

Anyway, Im not sure we can do a lot about it atm, but certainly in the future. It means customising the thread creation in the release forums with some new fields. Something I already had in mind so we can add install and uninstall instructions as well. Once thats done, the tooltip could be changed to pickup that information. It will never work for existing threads tho.
