The thing is that simple disabling a product does not necessarily turn it off completely. If there are file edits or template edits, then it can still cause the problem. The only real way to completely get rid of a product/modification to see if it was the problem is to uninstall the product, remove all files you uploaded, and undo any file edits and template edits. I would try doing that with those last couple of mods and see if that fixes the issue.
