If IB owns vB and IB can't promote on here, isn't that a contradiction within itself?

And I've seen a few people advertise future skins and products in community reviews quite a few times. Apparently the rules here are up for interpretation - in a language IB can't even speak.

Was this posted on vb.com as well? Anyone have the link?
