I would Like to know how do i make to redirect all the past links from my previous domain.

Put this in an .htaccess file and it will do this for you.

redirect 301 /forums http://www.newdomain.com/forum

This example if for all links in the old site directory of /forums, change to what you need.

A permanent redirect will not be counted as duplicate content.
