Internal Server Error
I get the 500 Internal Server Error but it happens randomly. Some days it happens more than other days and some days not at all. It can get annoying at times so I decided to look into it but don't know where to look. It seems like it began ever since we moved our database over to a new server.
Any help would be great. |

Check your web servers error_log file.

Ask your host to look in mod security logs for that error (Usually error 500). That will usually show you that one of your users was mistaken for a hacker and disallowed access to a page w/ that error.
Your host will have to disable a mod_security rule to get rid of this problem. |
