I want my users to be able to costomize their user profile page, so they can have other stuff with bgs etc, but its not working..

admins cant do it so i take it normal users cant, so what do i do next?

AdminCP --> vBulletin Options --> User Profile Options

Look @ the top and select the checkbox labeled.. "Profile Styling" then save and have at it!

If Admins can, but not normal users, chances are it's in your usergroup options. There is a whole section for allowing different types of profile customization in the usergroup manager.
