Is the webcam a plugin option so I have to pay more or does it come with the vanilla standard version of the community chat?

I was also looking at 123FlashChat too, it's only $200 for the text chat... but then it's $499 for the webcam ability in addition to the $200 for the text... so thats $700 to have the video plus chat? While the Flashcoms is only $269 plus you get the webcam ability included? Both of these seem have the ability to integrate with vbulletin which is nice... Both of them pretty stable?
