First off, the second image is using a modification to list all the sub-forums in columns like that.
Are you sure you actually have sub-forums? You have a category called General Discussion and then in there a sub-forum called Forum Games. Does Forum Games have any sub-forums? |

Another sub-forum that works the same way is Cyb - Sub-Forum Manager.
As for wanting both sets of sub-forums to show, I believe you need: Depth of Forum - Forum Home - 3 Depth of Sub-Forums - 2 |
