I have tons of members that say they have notifications that never go away telling them they are "threads should read", yet nothing is there when they click them, they are literally blank.

Is there a way to clear this, or clear ALL threads should read?

What exactly do you mean by "threads should read"? I'm not following...
Perhaps a screenshot will help me to understand your problem.
