Tion to determine the ID forum
Only when a new topic
Members to send messages to

Example:
Admin CP settings
Subscriber IDs the forums: 12,34
Only PM: Yes / No
Only Email: Yes / No
PM and Email: Yes / No
Subscribers will usergroups:
Except user IDs: 1,5

The Board for
When a special announcement about
Both will report to members
Both issues will be discussed within

Note: Members of this subscription will not be allowed to leave
Use only admin "User IDs, except:"
