Multi-protocol IM?

I am looking for a good and stable multi-protocol IM (ICQ,MSN are most important,AIM and Yahoo or Skype are a plus) but I haven't found any.

I am currently using Trillian,but it really sucks.File transfers do not work,neither does audio or video and I do not get notifications of new contacts.Also I cannot set my status :S.

I need something that includes the above working features ,so what are you using?

Personally, I just use Windows Live Messenger and Skype applications. I don't have AIM, ICQ or any of the other services and don't feel the need to use them. However did you try Pidgin?

Yes,but it doesn't support file transfers nor audio&video.

I use Digsby at the moment.. But it is a little too much for me.

If you have a use for the email / social networking features, then absolutely. I really only use it for MSN (work) and Google Talk. Since I don't use the email / social networking, it's all a little excessive for me, personally.

I do like some of the themes though.

Their new installer is realllllly pushy, but it doesn't install ads if you tell it not to. Going through a pushy installer is a small price to pay for a good working multi IM platform. In my opinion anyways..
