Change All Users "Browsing Options"

I recently imported all of my PHPNuke/PHPBB2 users into the latest vBulletin, but by default all of the "Browsing Options" in your User CP are set to No, No admin emails, no PM notification, no sigs or avatars, etc.. So is there an easy way to edit all of the "Browsing Options" of every users without having to edit 3000+ users by hand?

I don't mind "no" for some of the options, but I want these settings changed for all of the users.

Receive Admin Emails: Yes
Allow vCard Download: Yes
Receive Private Messages: Yes
Send Notification Email When a Private Message is Received Yes
Pop up a Notification Box When a Private Message is Received Yes
Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default Yes
Enable Visitor Messaging Yes
Limit usage of Visitor Messages to Contacts and Moderators Yes
Display Signatures Yes
Display Avatars Yes
Display Images Yes
Receive Friend Request Notification: Yes
Automatic Thread Subscription Mode: Weekly email notification

AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query -> Automatic Query -> (Select Option)

If it says you're not authorized to execute queries simply open your ./includes/config.php file and add your user ID to the execute privileges setting.

To change the default for new users there is a setting in vBulletin Settings.
