i created an usergroup called elite.
what is the different? Ok guest are seeing only general and registered users the same , but elite will have full forum access now some people are complaining that they cant not post or in better words their post are moderated , i search google and all possible but can get them into posting wiyhout moderation. is it really that bug on 3.8.x ? greetz |

Create a new user and put them into the exact same usergroups as your users having problems. Now you can login with that account and see what the problem is.

Is it just the elite usergroup that are having the posts moderated, if so what is the setting Follow Forum Moderation Rules in that usergroup set to.
If its set to No then the posts will be moderated. |

Check Forum Permissions > find forum in list > find usergroup under that forum > Edit. Does that usergroup have permission to see that forum? Is it a secondary usergroup or a primary usergroup that has the permission? Do you have "Allow Users to have Member Groups" set to Yes for the Primary Usergroup?
