The list is growing. When the Win7 beta started it only had Norton, McAfee and AVG.

Again make sure you install using the Windows Live Essentials Installer.

The only problem application that I have found is iTunes but that is pretty squarely on Apple and their crappy Windows support built into the application. Heck, It took almost a year after the release of Vista for them to get a version that worked on that OS.
