Although I have banned some users permanently, if you type the first couple of letters of their name, the username comes up and the system almost allows to send them a pm.
Can I block that for banned members? or create a new usergroup who will NOT be able to receive pms? |

If the Banned Users are in a banned usergroup (and only that usergroup, not any secondary ones), then set Maximum Stored Messages to 0 in the Usergroup Manager for that usergroup. Quote:
