Post Count Conditional HELP!

Thanks mate, Ive just tried it but no luck.

<if condition="$bbuserinfo['postcount'] > '25'">
<p>This is a test ignore me</p>
<else />
<p>Testing</p>
</if>

It will show Testing to all users.

I have just tested without the

<else />

and it works a charm, how can I get it to work with the else ?

Actually, take that back it doesnt show at all using that lol
