I am looking to send a mass email to people that haven't yet activated their accounts, but I don't want to use the bog-standard vBulletin one.

I wish to detail when the user registered, and other things such as that.

Can this be achieved easily? If so, how?

You cannot do this with default vbulletin if that is what you mean by "achieved easily". If you are a proficient coder, you can probably do it easily also. But otherwise, it would take some work.
