How do I install 'highslide' on my forum

I've recently seen a lot of people talking about this new image software called 'highslide'. I searched the forum and didn't find any guides to installing it. I checked out the 'highslide' website and here are the steps:

1. Download and extract the zip-archive from the download page. Done
2. Run the file index.html, navigate to your favourite setup and view the source. Done
3. Change the file to suit your needs, or copy and paste parts of it into your HTML file. If you mess it up, go back to the original file and change it bit by bit. Study the documentation and the API reference for advanced features. Here's where I'm lost...WHAT HTML file??

I'm so sorry if there was a thread for this that I didn't see or something. Everything involving highslide were addons.

Thank you dismounted. That worked however I'm having a bit of trouble right now maybe you can help:

I figured out how to install highslide but I also have a few questions. I got highslide to work on the forums, and I'm trying to make it so JUST the image pops up. Not the black background or anything I got that to work by changing:

<script type="text/javascript" language='javascript1.2' src="highslide/highslide-with-gallery.js"></script>

To:

<script type="text/javascript" language='javascript1.2' src="highslide/highslide.js"></script>

However now my problem is that the image pops up perfectly how I want to, but it is NOT centered. Something that the file "highslide-with-gallery.js" did for me perfectly.

The hs_align says 'center' but it's still not working. The settings in my hs_headinclude are:

So it works fine on a sample they give you, but not in vBulletin?
