Permissions problem (vb 3.8.2)

Take your time and explain a little bit better, sorry but bad english is my only language and no need to apologize for bad english so skip that part

So you have:

1. A problem with one of your usergroup permissions?
2. Are you familiar w/ the permission systems?
3. Make sure you have set both Usergroup AND Forum Permissions as they work together in regards to how your forum works!

Then usergroups are in:

AdminCP --> Usergroups --> Forum Permissions
Then look in that same admin menu area for --> Manage Usergroups

You can set what you need in these areas, double check these areas ANYTIME you create a new usergroup of forum and setup what they should be able to see and do etc.
