I have this problem when someone try to register.

Fatal error: Call to a member function clean_gpc() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/**************/httpdocs/forum/includes/class_dm_user.php(2945) : eval()'d code on line 1

That is from a modification (something to do with a pm - see line 2945 in class_dm_usr.php). Disable that modification and the error should disappear.
