Mods can't PM members who have there PM's turned off

I need mods to beable to pm members regardless of what there PM status is. If they have there PM's turned off, my staff needs to beable to PM them, how can I get this set up?

I, the super admin is getting this error...

You don't need a mod. In the user's profile just set this setting to Yes.

but the member has set it to no, how can I keep it set to yes? so its not changeable?

So change it in the Admin Control Panel. How many users come along and check their Options on a regular basis? I doubt this user would ever see that it's been changed.

I got fixed what needed to be fixed. I forgot that I had the Mod Automatic PM Notifications on, for when posts and threads are deleted. I had to disable that hack..
