Default Sticky Request Feature
Has anyone seen a way to do this? I searched for mods but alas, I failed.


My goal: Have a button or an option a user can select on a thread that would generate a PM and/or thread that would have a reason why the user wants it stickied.

Basically, a copy of the "infraction system" but a little modified.

Solutions to this?
