Ads. url converters, pop ups, etc. What do you use??

i just buy websites that have a lot of members, merge/join them with my major one, and that's it... more members to contact for incomes -- whatever the goal of the income.

i request sponsors to finance parts of my sites, i never apply banners, people never click them anyway. a sponsor is more efficient, as you can charge a lot more, the company if more interested to be seen than to be clicked aynway...
