go in your includes/config.php file, and ADD this below the <?php

# If you want to activate the debug in the adminCP for development:
# if(VB_AREA == 'AdminCP') $config['Misc']['debug'] = TRUE;
# if you want to disable the hooks system with all the products:
# define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

delete the # in front of the line you need.
