Most default vb words/phrases are Phrases and you can find them to Edit them in Search in Phrases.

No, there is no automatic sitemap.

Like Lynne said, it's in Phrases in your admin CP. Seach for it.

Go to Search in Phrases, enter some of the unique text from the phrase you are looking for (make sure you don't include anything like your site name in it), make sure you select Search in... "Phrase Text Only" (if you are searching for the text) and hit Find.
