Except if you look at the function, or the page source itself:

you'll see that these are the classes that affect the size of the tags:

    font-size: xx-small;
}
a.sg_catlevel2 {
    font-size: small;
}
a.sg_catlevel3 {
    font-size: medium;
}
a.sg_catlevel4 {
    font-size: large;
}
a.sg_catlevel5 {
    font-size: large;
    font-weight: bold;
}
