all my vb forums threads moved to one forum

in this case they can't also move threads one by one inside forums,
i wanna disable this feature from them only from MODCP.

is it possible?

and also i could not understand what u mean by this:
Also, go through and Edit the settings for the Mods on the next list (by forum) so they can't Mass Move Threads either.

as u know moving all forums topics to one forum (exactly what happened to me before) is just possible from MODCP
i want to only disable this future from them,,
supermods, should be able to move 1 topic to another fourm, but not all my forums topics
