Default download ressriction and mass pm?
Sorry if i seem stupid but Im new to this. I have 2 questions.
1) I want to have a popup box or a perm annoucement on the main page for any news or happenings. Is this possible? I have it set to pop up a box when receiving a PM. Is the a way to do a mass PM?

2) I have a section with some downloadable zip files. Is there a way to track how many times a file is downloaded or restrict who can d/l?
I would like to make a new usergroup so when members have a predetermind number of post they can access a certian area. Is that possible?
