This may not be a VB problem but I figured I'd try here...

Only 1 member that I know of is having problems, she keeps getting an error message

Firefox did say:

This website does not supply identity information.

Your connection to this website is not encrypted.

We thought it was just Firefox, but she also tried Internet explore and its there too. Any ideas?

Her ISP might have censored the site, What country is she in? Tell her to try to use a proxy, if it works through a proxy, tell her to find a new ISP.
