Please, if you know how to change favicon.ico in code to favicon.png, tell me where.

Also, how to create by bulletin custom pages, private thread or?

Why change to PNG? it's .ico for a reason.
just convert your PNG to an ico: http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/

hey, I upload the new .ico to home (overwrite) but still didn't change on browser

clear your cookies, and you can make custom pages a few ways.. have you tried searching "custom pages" here on vb.org?
