dont really see what you can do.. as long as its logged like that in vbulletin.com hes following the rules...
it's a license for the software. he can't use the name for another application. that's pretty much common sense... why can't he just name it something else, like "vbjoiner" or something like that?
He can not name his application "vBulletin". vBulletin is a registered trademark and may not be used without permission from Jelsoft.
Well, I know that and you know that but obviously "http://apps.facebook.com/vbulletin/" is out there as an application named "vBulletin" on FB. Maybe it is the OP that should be reminded of trademarks, not me.
I would agree with you if it was phpbb or ipb but the fact remains its a vbulletin forum, common sense?
The only thing jesolf can do is get into a hissy fit for not thinking of it first... As a lot of money could be made out of this... And facebook has approved his application
