I can't edit my phrases

Whenever I try to edit a phrase in admincp>languages & phrases, I get this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@symbiangalaxy.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Without log access on the server, there is no way to find out exactly what is causing the issue.

Typically that error is caused by a bad line in a .htaccess file.

I tried deleting the .htaccess file and did it again, but the same error occured.

After deleting the .htaccess file, do I need to wait a while before trying to edit the phrase ?

No, im not sure why you deleted it, please backup files before deleting them.

Unfortunately without access to log files there is no way to simply tell you what the issue is, typically "Internal Server" errors are an htaccess issue or a server misconfiguration, please submit a ticket to your host and provide them with the necessary information to reproduce the error, they should be able to check the log file and tell you what is causing the issue and provide a solution.
