How to edit my navbar?

Thanks DM, I'll include the code tags from now on.

Two things:

1. With regards to "search in phrases", what do I do if I'd like to universally replace "members list" to "SF Users"?

2. Now that I have implemented some of these changes, my users are complaining that they must first click on a private forum to log in.

Is there a way to add, to the navbar, a code that will display a Login link (like "Register") that will display only when a user is not logged in?
