change user function url?
I am trying to locate the function that is called whenever a username is to be displayed on the page.
I found the code all over the place as follows in the templates Code:
member.php?$session[sessionurl]u=$post[userid] Wherever a link to a user shows up, I want to change the vbulletin function to actually direct to a completely different page. I have combined wordpressmu with vbulletin, and my custom user pages in wpmu are much more advanced than anything vb offers. So I would like it so that when the username shows up in vb, and if someone clicks on it, it will actually go to the users wpmu user page. I have the functions needed on the wpmu already, and have tied the db's together so that wpmu knows which vb user belongs to wpmu so that part is done. thank you |

Just hook into the member.php file and issue a redirect. Use the hook member_start.
