I want to upload attachments without having to post any characters. Everything I have read shows that you must need at least one character in Vbulletin. I have already changed my minimum character post in VB options to zero.

There are other VBulletin sites on the web that can do this. Anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to complete this task? Thanks.

After you upload using the Manage Attachments, then click on the little paperclip in the toolbar to put the attachment right in the post. That will put characters in the post and I would guess will pass the min character test.
