News - What one?
I've been using PHPBB News for a while now, but it's well... Dead. And rather unuseful for features. A member suggested i check out vbulletin for such a solution to this problem, but i have no darn clue which would work welll..
For information, i have the News on a single Page, taking up the entire 2/3 left side of the Page, like most content. If plausible, i'd like it if i could keep the same layout (or if i can edit it to display as my template is now on the main site, that's fine). ANY help would be appreciated, and thanks as always to the helpful Community Sab |

So what are you trying to do? Create a page where you manually put news on it?

Sorry, yes. A news System basically, where you're able to input whatever is needed, then it would display on the Page (Pages?) intended.

Maybe you're looking for vBAdvanced?

Not quite, I suppose if it's this hard to figure out, it doesn't exist.
I was referring to something like Phpnews. Though that is quite out of Date, so i thought perhaps i could get a system to work with the vbulletin to replace it, but VBadvanced is not what i intend, nor do i desire to pay a bunch MORE Money, for something i would not fully use. Thanks anyways! I guess the Hunt continues ( |
