In Vbulletin Options in the admin

Where does it get the title or plugin name for to list in the vbulletin options?

I'd like to rename some of the plugins/products that have become options in the vbulletin options menu and I can't find where to change that.

That are phrases.
Just search for them on the phrasepage

Turn on debug mode and you can simply edit it from the Options page.
