They are like rss feeds but sound rather than words, so that you can hear them as suppose to read them.

Quite a lot of radio stations use them and now news websites are starting to do feeds for them too.

They are still in their infancy, but are becoming popular

Heres an example from one of my local radio stations

Just play it on an mp3 player or your windows media player
