Is there a mod that does this? I want a particular forum's threads to be visible to guests but once they click on one then they are told that they have to register to view the posts in that thread.

I recently imported my board from IPB and IPB has this feature by default. Is there any mod for vBulletin?

Usergroup Manager > Unregistered Users > Edit > Can View Forum > Yes Can View Thread Content > No (You may have to look at your Forum Permissions > find forum > find usergroup and see if they were changed there, I'm not sure how an import comes over)

Ahh now I get it. I can also do that by forums via Forums & Moderators --> Forum Permissions
