I want to edit the url bbcode, how do i do this?

Editing the default URL BBCode would most probably require writing a plugin or possiblely having to edit the a PHP file. What exactly do you want to do to it?

It want to add & remove some things to it.
Removed: traget="_blank" & i want to add http://arberb.com/redirect/?url=.....
